The Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) supports its 79 Member States in addressing the climate emergency through coordinated policy action, access to climate finance, technical assistance, and climate diplomacy.

As a core pillar of the PACTE Initiative (2025–2030), Climate Action & Resilience advances adaptation, mitigation, biodiversity protection, and sustainable development pathways aligned with the Paris Agreement, the Samoa Agreement, and the 2030 Agenda.

Flagship Climate Programmes

Flagship Climate Programmes implemented under the former ECA Department support OACPS Member States in strengthening climate resilience and adaptation, improving access to climate finance, promoting knowledge sharing and peer learning, and advancing coordinated climate diplomacy and global advocacy.
